Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds for instant digital downloads, aligned with how checkout and delivery work.

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Overview

PortfolioSets sells digital products (files and materials) that are typically delivered immediately after payment. Because the goods are non-physical and can be downloaded at once, refund eligibility differs from physical goods. This policy describes when we may approve refunds or exchanges. It works alongside the policies of our payment and delivery partner, which may handle payment disputes or chargebacks according to their rules.

When we may offer a refund

We may provide a refund or replacement access, at our discretion, when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same Product due to a duplicate transaction or clear technical error;
  • You could not download or access the Product after purchase due to a failure on our side or the checkout platform, and the issue was reported promptly with details we can verify; or
  • The Product materially differs from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase (not including subjective expectations about job outcomes).

Refund requests should include your order email, product name, and date of purchase. We may ask you to try standard troubleshooting (re-download links, correct account, spam folder for receipts) before approving a refund.

When refunds are usually not provided

Generally we do not provide refunds when:

  • You have successfully received and downloaded the Product files and the request is due to a change of mind, duplicate purchase by mistake after download, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect or misdescription;
  • You lack the technical ability or software to use the files, though we may point you to documentation or basic guidance as part of support; or
  • A long period has passed since purchase and you no longer have proof of access issues, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Consumer rights: If you are in a region that grants statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights for digital content, those rights may apply in addition to or instead of this policy, including limits on when performance is deemed to have begun. Nothing here is intended to override mandatory local consumer laws.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the email in the site footer (or the support channel linked from your purchase receipt). If your purchase was processed through a third-party platform, you may also use that platform’s dispute or refund request flow; we will coordinate with valid order evidence they provide.

Timing and method

If a refund is approved, it is typically issued to the original payment method through our payment partner. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Partial refunds are rare but possible where we agree on a fair partial resolution.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to loss of access to future purchases or support.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Purchases are generally covered by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
